Opened as a small personal home business in 2004, to address the growing demand for a personalised service for Landlords, proving the level of commitment, expertise and attention to detail usually reserved for sale and purchase clients, Tessa Hydes Property Management (THPM) has firmly cemented itself as Cayman’s leading authority in the Long Term Rental and Property Management business.

With a growing inventory of approximately 150 residential and commercial properties under its management belt, a large list of available rentals, a proven track record and an extensive and ever increasing list of satisfied Landlord and Tenants, THPM is designed to provide a seamless and stress free experience for both the Landlord requiring Tenants for his property, and a day to day management service as well as for Tenants looking for the perfect home.

With a current staff team of 10, THPM is located along the West Bay Rd in Regency Court.
