Tessa Hydes

Tessa Hydes Property Management (THPM) was started  as a personal home business in July 2004, after Tessa had spent 7 years learning the real estate and rental / property management professions with one of Caymans leading Real Estate firms. During that time Tessa built the long term rental and property management section of the firm from the ground up, initially representing a handful of properties to almost 100 contracts within a couple of years, and concurrently gaining the expertise, contacts and knowledge that has concreted THPM as Caymans leading and most respected long term rental and property management companies in the Cayman Islands.

Stephanie Ebanks

Originally from Canada, but with strong Caymanian family ties, Stephanie moved to the Cayman Islands in 1997.

She previously worked as the office manager at Century 21 with Tessa, where their strong bond, working ethic and style was formulated.

Once THPM was established Tessa was keen to get Stephanie on board, and finally in 2009 she joined the team.Stephanie is responsible for the day to day management of the office and the team as well as running the property management side of the business with Tessa and Paul.

In her spare time she loves walking her dog, relaxing doing Yoga and enjoying time with her family.

Julie Saint

Originally from the south of England, Julie has been resident in the Cayman Islands on and off since 1997. During this time she has gained a wealth of experience in customer service industries, setting up and managing health spa's both here and in the UK.

Julie has a sound knowledge of the island, is a property owner herself in Cayman, and this, along with her customer relations experience is a key skill in her ability to listen to and identify her client's needs. Coupled with her enthusiasm and zest for life, Julie is proving to be a valuable asset at THPM. In her spare time, Julie enjoys keeping fit, travelling, Scuba Diving and catching up with her many friends on the island.

Paula Langlois

Paula Langlois has a wealth and range of experience which has made her invaluable in the operation of THPM Strata. She was employed in the banking industry for 15 years and gained vast customer service training and managerial experience. She worked for several years as a personal assistant to an internationally recognized motivational speaker as well as having ten years experience in HR Management in a recognized construction company, and previous condo management experience. Ms. Langlois joined THPM in April of 2010 as our strata manager & has now expanded her ambitions to include property rentals.

Colleen Bruggemann

Colleen came to Cayman 3 years ago from Canada, planning to work just for three months and then head off and travel the world. Just as she was about to leave, she met her now fiancé and has been here happily ever since. Prior to THPM Colleen worked in the service industry which provided great confidence boosting experience and helped her build on her people and multitasking skills. With her being an expatriate, having a rental apartment and now owning a home, she can relate on a strong level with both owners, tenants, and fellow expatiates. She enjoys walks with her dog, entertaining, family time, and East End trips.

Dagan Dacres

Born and raised in Cayman, Dagan has vast experience in the customer service field. He has been a fire fighter for the past 6 years and has recently joined the Tessa Hydes Property Management team as a part time rental agent to broaden his horizons, experience new things and meet new people. His great understanding of people and patient calm manner makes him a great asset to the team.

Janelle Langlois

Born and raised in Cayman, Janelle has recently returned after studying in Canada for 7 years where she has just recently graduated. Janelle assists with all property management units and their day to day running and is a wonderful asset to our team. She loves spending time outdoors and believes there is nothing better than free days at the beautiful beaches.

Oliver Walters

Oliver has been a resident in Cayman since 1992. Born and bred in Jamaica, Oliver moved to Cayman where he met his wife, and 13 years later, they are proud parents to their beautiful daughter.

Proud to be able to call himself Caymanian, and with a back ground in Construction, Oliver has a wealth of knowledge to make him our number one handyman, taking care of all our property management units.

Oliver is a dedicated Christian and a talented singer, musician and choir director for the church.
