      I don't think we ever properly thanked you for such a good job you did managing our property last spring. You did just as advertised: took care of everything! You also solved a lengthy, major maintenance problem (a second story leak in the middle of a wall) with 5 new tenants, the previous tenants, the builder of the new property, and the strata association, all pointing fingers at each other - and no one fixing the leak! We can't forget your one word reply when we asked you about the status of the leak repair: "Done" was all you said.
