Michael Gooden

Born and raised in the Cayman Islands, Michael Gooden has a genuine love for our Caymanian culture and the islands natural beauty. Having spent much of his working life in the service industry Michael was naturally drawn to the idea of venturing into the Real Estate industry and currently organizes the property management side of the company, arranging maintenance repairs and inspections.

Michael enjoys reading and spending time with his family. Michael says “ I am enjoying this new phase of my life where I am stepping out of my shell and being a part of the THPM team that helps every step of the way. I have been able to broaden my horizons as well as learn valuable information and experience for the future.”

Michael quickly established himself as a key component of the THPM team and his kind wit (think dad jokes..) makes him a firm favourite with clients as well as the team members.
