The CI Realtors Organisation is a professional association of independent realtors in the Cayman Islands aimed at promoting ethical standards, professional development, and fair competition, while allowing members to set their own commission structures.
CIRO was developed to create a collaborative platform that emphasises ethics, training, and professional standards without enforcing fixed commission rates which have previously raised concerns as they do not benefit clients, and they prevent the flexibility to make adjustments that are sometimes needed to broker and negotiate sales.

Competition and Flexible Pricing: Unlike CIREBA, which requires members to adhere to fixed commission rates, the CI Realtors Organisation allows its members to set their own fee structures, promoting fair competition and flexibility in how services are priced and delivered.
Multi-Listing and Market Access: The organisation plans to provide a centralised multi-listing platform, allowing its members to showcase properties collectively, improving visibility for buyers and sellers while giving independent realtors a competitive presence in the market.
